From 50cm point-of-sale (POS) replicas to breathtaking 15-meter astronauts, all the way to 50-meter dancing stick men, the Giant Inflatable Design Team can replicate practically any object or form to any scale.
With over 25 years of experience, the team has perfected a five-step, tried-and-tested design and fabrication process that ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest Australian standards, guaranteeing the safety, amazement and entertainment for visitors of all ages.
Step 1
Discovery & Strategy
It starts with a conversation.
Every successful project begins with understanding your vision. The Design Team works with you to establish the foundational needs of your project, identify the operators, and understand the participants.
They review branding guidelines, discuss indoor vs. outdoor requirements, assess available resources such as power supply, and determine the project scope. This discovery process ensures Giant Inflatables fully understands your needs and proposes the most effective inflatable solution.

Pre-Order Mock-Up
Visualising the concept
Once the brief is clear, the design team utilises cutting-edge software to create a three-dimensional render tailored to your specifications.
Within days, you will recieve:
- A comprehensive Pre-order Mock up
- An Official Quote
This step is crucial to ensure all parties are aligned on the vision before the official design and fabrication phases begin.
Step 3
Collaborative Design
Refining the blueprint.
Approval of the mock-up and quote activates the job. We allocate all necessary resources and create a detailed Official Production Concept.
This document serves as the final technical blueprint for the inflatable. It is sent to you for detailed feedback, allowing for design amendments until all stakeholders are fully satisfied. The project does not proceed until Giant Inflatables has your final production approval.
Step 4
Precision Fabrication
Bringing the design to life.
With approval secured, our expert fabrication team moves into action.
They select materials based on the intended lifespan and usage of the product, utilising high-quality commercial-grade materials such as durable nylon-coated polyesters or premium Oxford Cloth.
- Printing: All branding and artwork is colour-matched using the Pantone Matching System(PMS) and digitally printed.
- Cutting: Patterns are cut using precision CNC machines or by expert hand cutting.
- Assembly: Pieces are meticulously sewn with high-grade thread and double-stitched for maximum durability.
- Testing: Every structure is inflated and rigorously tested at our facility to verify branding accuracy, aesthetic standards, and structural integrity.
All products are manufactured to comply with the strictest Australian Standards:

Step 5
Delivery & Installation
Ready to amaze.
We deliver custom inflatables within 6–8 weeks from the sign-off of the Official Production Concept.

Every delivery includes:

- Warranty: A two-year warranty covering all labour and materials.
