Giant Inflatable Product Replica for EUFY at SXSW Sydney 

Background

ID Collective is a prominent creative agency that executes high-impact campaigns and events for major brands. They managed the exhibition presence for their client, EUFY, at the prestigious SXSW 2025 Conference in Sydney. SXSW is a globally recognised event merging technology, innovation, and culture.

The exhibition hall is a high-traffic, visually saturated space where brands must deploy unique strategies to capture attention. ID Collective required a powerful visual centrepiece to anchor the EUFY booth and maximise visibility.
The agency contacted Giant Inflatables with a specific challenge. They needed to create a large-scale, custom inflatable product replica of the new EUFY Make UV Printer. The core objective was to suspend this inflatable product replica from the high ceiling of the convention centre.

This concept transforms the inflatable into a massive, three-dimensional billboard that acts as a clear locator beacon, visible from across the event floor. An inflatable product replica is an ideal solution for trade shows, as it provides a significant brand impact without sacrificing valuable floor space. The inflatable product replica had to be lightweight for safe rigging.

Design and Fabrication

The design process was a detailed, collaborative effort between Giant Inflatables and ID Collective’s event producer. The agency supplied initial product images, exact dimensions, and brand guidelines. The Giant Inflatables design team used this information to create initial 3D mockups.
The client provided precise, technical feedback to ensure the inflatable product replica was a perfect match. The Giant Inflatables team demonstrated flexibility by quickly turning around revisions and providing updated, official production concepts for final approval.

Result

The final hanging inflatable replica was delivered on time and performed exceptionally at the SXSW Sydney conference. Suspended high above the booth, the giant EUFY printer was an “incredible” success. The inflatable replica achieved its primary objective by creating a powerful visual landmark. It effectively captured the attendees’ attention and directed traffic directly to the EUFY stand.
