Petwell Lightweight Inflatable Arch for the 2025 Walk for Petwellness

Petwell is an Australian-based organisation focused on animal health and wellness. They actively host community events to promote healthy lifestyles for pets and their owners.
Their annual “Walk for PetWellness 2025” is a key event in their calendar. This walk requires clear, professional markers for its start and finish lines.

Petwell contacted Giant Inflatables seeking a custom-designed branding solution. The primary requirements were portability, ease of setup for a small team, and high visibility.
A lightweight inflatable arch was selected as the ideal product.

This type of arch achieves event objectives by offering significant brand exposure. It also creates a functional focal point for participants. This lightweight inflatable arch is simple to move between locations, allowing it to serve as both the start and finish line.

Design and Fabrication

The design process centred on Petwell’s specific event and branding needs. The inflatable arch was designed to be reversible. It features prominent white text reading “START” on one side and “FINISH” on the other. This dual-purpose design allows a single unit to manage the entire event flow.

Sponsor logos for RES, ANZ, and Mirvac are printed clearly on the vertical columns, providing excellent visibility for event partners. The primary material for this lightweight inflatable arch is a high-grade Oxford cloth, which is exceptional for printing and allows for sharp, vibrant graphics that resist fading from UV exposure.

A key benefit of this lightweight inflatable arch is its portability.
The entire structure deflates and packs down into a small carry-on bag. This design allows a single person to transport and install the lightweight inflatable arch without assistance.

Setup is straightforward, using a continuous airflow blower. The arch inflates in just minutes. This logistical simplicity was a critical factor for the Petwell team. This lightweight inflatable arch demonstrates that large-scale event branding can be simple.
